History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Heward grew up listening to his father's many stories. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Laborer. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Laborer.

A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was taken from his home at a very young age. After a long history of fighting, Rurik and his spouse have recently divorced.
