Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. Whurbin enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Whurbin was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A gifted student he started as a Unemployed, but he got bored and became a Sailor. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Sailor for hire.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: Edge was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and expand his business

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Description: This northern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She sports yellow clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. She has slicked back brown hair. She has gleaming, smiling gray eyes.

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: She was raised in a island tribe. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and she's looking for her big break
