History: Cloak was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Ranger, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Ranger in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: She was born into a rich family. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: She loathes her own lifestyle.

History: The child of a Shoemaker, who enjoyed hunting, Pennie was taken on many hunting expeditions. A freak accident while working with her Shoemaker father left her crippled. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.
