History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and balancing her hectic life and new hunter responsibilities is difficult

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. After a long history of fighting, Shadow and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Calm and collected, she is a well trained Adventurer. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Helja is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
