Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Delebean grew up listening to his father's many stories. Delebean abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains.
