Description: This western woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. She keeps her brown hair in a flapper bob. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
