Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Unemployed but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Halander lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Unemployed. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother
