History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. While he appears to be a normal Half-Orc, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears tan robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a ceremonial dagger, but if one is not available he will default to his scythe. His chestnut hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. Varis enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Varis and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her mother. Mella was born on a far northern desert where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Spy. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His parents enrolled him in a Barbarian school at a young age so that he could practice his druidic talents. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
