History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. Some 6 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Ovak never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Gnomish companion (her 'brother'). When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: Born in the east to a Armorer, Valorean learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
