History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Theobald fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Varis was born on a far western desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Mayor. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
