History: She was raised in a desert tribe. Her mother was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He hates giants. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was raised in a plains tribe. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Knight work with an outfit from a few towns over. Knight work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Knight.

Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: Balifra lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
