Description: This northern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She dresses like a well dressed Apothecary does. Her blonde hair has been sun bleached extensively. Her eyes are hazel and catlike.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Sariel embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Elves. She disdains her fellow northerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: When she was but 6 years old her parents immigrated from the north. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and doesn't want to be a apothecary and was forced into it by her family

Description: He is a mite stocky and wears professional attire. His chestnut hair has been sun bleached extensively. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his brown eyes.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Mormog was born with his father's beautiful face. Mormog was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Mormog decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has taken up work as a Bounty Hunter and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Performer they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Dilettante, and she later adopted a second son.

Motivation: She seems to be bored by most things; and to unite with her sister

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: A deep hatred of giants; and he's in love
