Personality: Stoic and calm, she prefers to meditate than take action. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Her parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when she was still a young child. The gnolls captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: Standing 2'11", this man is wearing a tight white one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape. His silver hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a wide-brimmed hat. He has green eyes and a white hat with a black feather.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Sage for hire.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Description: He is lean but muscular and prefers to wear blue clothing when he does not wear armor. He wears his white hair up in a very large beehive style do. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his hazel eyes.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She uses divination through singing.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and she is greedy
