Description: This fat southern man has a bulbous nose and prefers to wear tan pants and tee shirts. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He has a long white beard with little hanging trinkets. His ears are large.
Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is an amazing painter.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Roofer. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a sweet of some kind. He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge, marred by sweets. He has a very tight haircut. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He hates Halflings with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He takes great joy in being the best Fletcher in town.
History: Tod was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His childhood dream was to be a Miner, but he was a colossal failure. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.
Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: She stands about 5'6" and dresses well, wearing brown shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. Her left hand appears badly burned and disfigured. Her auburn hair is thinning but still full. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.
History: Isabella was born with her father's beautiful face. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and balancing her hectic life and new tanner responsibilities is difficult

Description: A 6'4" western woman, she wears a white vest and prefers brown and white shirts. Her boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. Her hair, while still mostly brown, has prominent grey streaks. She is baby faced.
Personality: She hates orcs. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.
History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Priest arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature sickle.
Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and she desires to right it; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge
