Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Havilar liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: Stoic and calm, she prefers to meditate than take action. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: She was born into a rich family. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.
