History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing poetry.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. In his 18th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Keyleth was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. In her 12th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Keyleth alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
