History: She comes from a rich eastern family. Through the years after Verna was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Verna's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Elves in Elama's homeland. Elama decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Personality: She considers herself the perfect lady. She makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and she desires power and/or immortality

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Barendd was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the goblins.
