History: She was born in a small mountains village. While she appears to be a normal Halfling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Description: A woman with a cold, calculating air about her, she wears well tailored gowns and hats with beautiful decoration. She is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. Her long beige fur is drawn into a two foot long braid. She has a dull look in her copper eyes.

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. After coming to the age of reason, River took it upon herself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. River fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and she is greedy
