Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Altho alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Altho was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
