History: She was born at the edge of vast desert. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Symma grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Symma. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. After months of barely getting by, Pallabar managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Barber and was forced into it by his family; and he has decided he is irredeemable

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
