History: She got into the Ruler business at a young age. While she appears to be a normal Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.
