History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the east. A gifted student he started as a Bellfounder, but he got bored and became a Merchant. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Merchant for the past few years.

Motivation: He wants to get laid; and balancing his hectic life and new merchant responsibilities is difficult

Description: A middle-aged man, he usually wears his black robe and has his lance always slung over his shoulder, and is pretty ugly. His hair is blue and curly. His white eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Mormo was born on a far southern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Bather. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes brigands are coming to abduct people. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Soapmaker but believes his peers are too gung-ho.
