Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Tod embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. After a long history of fighting, Tod and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

His fierce silver eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Fragrant will drive conversation. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her poetry with anyone who is interested.

History: Fragrant was born the youngest of three triplets. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent mother.
