History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Half-Elven activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Half-Elven doctor. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC.

She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and her religion dominates her actions

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He got into the Courier business at a young age. While he appears to be a normal Tiefling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
