Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. Nicholas enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: This woman is bedraggled and starved. She wears a worn and beaten armor. Her white crest is unkempt and raggedy. Her gold eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Kadana grew up listening to her mother's many stories. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

Description: This woman is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of her veins is visible when she is not flexing. Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. She sports white long hair. She has a tattooed face.

Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Shoemaker. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Description: He is a physically imposing dark-skinned man. He wears a brown shirt with thin black vertical stripes and brown pants. His tied-back hair is golden. He has several tiny jet earrings on each ear.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Dwarves.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Dwarven people; and he is greedy
