History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. A freak accident while working with his Knight mother left him crippled. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Emerald's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes.

Description: This woman is tall and muscular. She wears black robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally she wears more armor. She prefers to carry a axe, but if one is not available she will default to her crossbow. Her tied-back hair is black. Her face is scarred and worn.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. After a long history of fighting, Emen and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep.
