Description: This woman is bedraggled and starved. She wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally she sports a blue coat. She has wavy blonde hair. Her eyes are hazel and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. Mella enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: The child of a Servant, who enjoyed hunting, Mella was taken on many hunting expeditions. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Mella fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

After coming to the age of reason, River took it upon herself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
