History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. His childhood dream was to be a Adventurer, but he was a colossal failure. He has achieved small success as a Layabout.

History: Uadjit was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Spy.

Description: His right side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. His chestnut hair is knotted and matted. He has violet eyes and a violet hat with a green feather.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He got into the Layabout business at a young age. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Gerald grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Gerald. After months of barely getting by, Gerald managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.
