History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the south. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Elegant was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Elegant has worked very hard to control her curse. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: River was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Warrior, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Warrior in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.
