Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was born in a small plains village. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
