In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Nicholas alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and many illithids want him driven away

Her auburn hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a broad hat. She has several tiny sapphire earrings on each ear.

Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. She is a thrill seeker, she laughs at people and throws down challenges. She is highly competitive and combative.

History: Murook lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. Thodris liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She bought a falchion and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: She is wracked by social anxiety; and marry her sister to traveling adventurers

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions.
