Personality: Vilberg wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Expert, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Priest hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: Born to a Fortune-teller, her mother struggled to pay the bills. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 15 years.

Motivation: Expand her business; and balancing her hectic life and new mayor responsibilities is difficult
