History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Her father took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. His brown hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His red eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. The war was a terrible time for him, and Forcas does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: She exudes charisma. She is a tour de force of persuasion. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Gardener they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Sage, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and she feels kind of lost in life

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Her martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered north to less war torn lands. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions
