Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tabaxis became a terror of the countryside. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Ghesh was raised in a hard working conservative environment. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Seeks redemption; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. She never wears the same outfit twice, unless she absolutely has to.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Serpent and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and money/treasure
