History: Iados was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. Recently the stress of being a Stableman has made it difficult for him to sleep.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
