Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His auburn hair is thinning but still full. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Beggar profession.

History: Orsik was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He struck the Guard job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and balancing his hectic life and new guard responsibilities is difficult

Description: This eastern woman is generally shirtless and showing off her tattooed chest. Her clothes are grease stained in places. She has slicked back black hair. Her eyes are brown and catlike.

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Mary took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up dagger and armor she uses now. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and wants a kiss

Description: This late middle aged man wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized white coat and is in decent physical shape. He is bald on top and has large golden tufts of hair around his ears. His amber eyes peer out from beneath his feathered white hat.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world.
