History: He was born into a rich family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

Description: She is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time. Her attire stands in sharp contrast to her greatsword, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a cross on it. Her hair is red and curly. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Mason. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Barbena lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Marshal they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Mason, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Description: His left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. He sports a flattop hair cut. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.
