History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Katherine grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and she desires to right it; and to clean up the streets
