Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He wears a Stetson hat to hide his balding. His violet eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the east; and she seems to be bored by most things
