History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Broce was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. After a long history of fighting, Broce and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the east. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered east to less war torn lands. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
