History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Some 10 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Akra never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother.

History: Born in the north to a Fortune-teller, Moon learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His parents enrolled him in a Adept school at a young age so that he could practice his necromantic talents. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.
