History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and she is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out

Description: With red face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he wears a red vest and prefers violet and red shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His silver hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a small hat. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady brown eyes.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
