He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Map Maker for hire.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. A freak accident while working with her Barber father left her crippled. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: Born to a Servant, his father struggled to pay the bills. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Layabout responsibilities is difficult; and he's looking for his big break
