Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. The war was a terrible time for her, and Irann does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Her martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability.
