History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: Her divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
