History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He likes to wear blue tank tops with black pants. With bright silver hair and a scraggly beard. He has green eyes.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. His arcane abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Many orcs want her driven away; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and she desires to right it

Description: This southern woman is abnormally tall. She tends to wear a large red jacket. Her whole body is exceptionally muscular. Her black hair is knotted and matted. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines gray.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. Harriet is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Ostracized due to the divine powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and doesn't want to be a layabout and was forced into it by her family
