Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right leg, he is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. His auburn hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his gray eyes.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He was born in the west. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. History: She was born on a small isolated farm. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Cloak took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up club and armor she uses now. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
