Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Engong is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Gnomish companion (his 'brother'). He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A gifted student she started as a Bellfounder, but she got bored and became a Navigator. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Navigator for hire.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Erky grew up listening to his father's many stories. As a very small child his family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. His mother, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect him and cast a teleportation spell that whisked him away. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother
