History: Ulblyn was born the youngest of three triplets. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Mayor and was forced into it by his family; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His half smiles and silver eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.
