Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Ruler born in the past three hundred years. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Ruler hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Dharg was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He has never given up on his writing dream.
